Indian Wide Format And Screen Show Takes Off
The organiser of FESPA World Expo India 2005, in New Delhi from December 1-4 has reported a positive response from the marketplace since the launch of the exhibition.
Amongst confirmed companies demonstrating their equipment at FESPA India are Vutek, Fujifilm Sericol India, Saatiprint, Encres Dubuit and Thieme, MHM, Autotype, TAS, Gandi, Sunstar, Dhaval and Grafica.
Commenting on the interest so far, Frazer Chesterman, FESPA exhibitions director, said: "We are delighted with the response we have had to what we know will be a sell-out show.
The fact that major Indian and European players are on board is a clear indication that FESPA India will be a key forum for suppliers and their customers, who are operating in the fastest developing screen and digital printing markets in the world." Bhargav Mistry, vice president of the Screen Printers Association in India (SPAI), added: "Never before in India has there been a screen and digital printing exhibition that has featured such a range of machinery in action from both Europe and our region.
