FESPA said that World Expo Asia-Pacific is the region's only exhibition dedicated to screen and wide format printing.

The exhibition's event director, Marcus Timson, said: "The region provides both digital and screen manufacturers with exciting growth potential and we know from our research that Asia-Pacific's printers are demanding a FESPA event.

It is also a direct reflection of the strength of the FESPA brand with leading suppliers and image makers who are confident that we will provide an event that adds real value to their businesses." He continued: "FESPA exhibitions are recognised as the best in the world.

Printers across the globe know that by attending a FESPA exhibition they are not only gaining access to the market but they are also accessing the best that the market has to offer.

This exciting event will bring the world's leading technology suppliers under one roof to show the latest industry innovations and technological developments.

World Expo Asia-Pacific will provide print suppliers in the region with unique access to inspirational new ideas, products, industry experts and compelling content never before seen in Asia-Pacific." Steve Wong, HP Scitex Asia Pacific and Japan's director and business manager, commented: "The digital printing revolution continues to change the way signage makers differentiate their businesses and service their customers.

As a technology leader in graphic-arts systems, HP intends to maintain its high visibility and presence at respected industry events such as World Expo Asia-Pacific.

We see FESPA as one of the largest and most successful exhibitions in screen and digital printing and an important platform for HP to continue engaging with the industry." Mark Alexander, director of marketing at Xaar, said: "As FESPA's global technology partner we believe that the region represents a great opportunity for and we are seeing great growth potential and use of our heads in this region.

The show provides us with a unique and compelling platform to engage with this dynamic and rapidly growing market." Fujifilm Sericol International's Asia-Pacific director, Jeff Hand, explained: "The Asia-Pacific area and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations in particular have some of the fastest growing markets on earth.

FESPA Asia-Pacific offers suppliers an excellent showcase for their products.

Participation enables Fujifilm Sericol to show its world class screen inks and digital systems to a large number of printers from across the region." Mike Bain, Nor-Cote International's managing director, added: "Nor-Cote is exhibiting because we have seen significant growth in the region over the last few years.

As a result of this growth, we have expanded our plant and resources in Singapore.

We see significant further growth in Asia-Pacific, especially in the industrial graphic screen printing market and we are looking to enhance Nor-Cote's profile in Asia-Pacific and extend our reach to customers, users and new potential distributors." FESPA's Marcus Timson added: "We are in tune with the needs of emerging world markets, such as Asia-Pacific.

FESPA is a unique organisation because we have a responsibility to reinvest revenues back in to the industry via our member associations.

FESPA runs exhibitions to both stimulate the market and create a legacy of learning to enhance local market development." He continued: "FESPA is working closely with the Thai Screen Printing and Graphic Imaging Association, as well as our other associate member associations in Asia-Pacific including the SPAK in Korea, JSPA in Japan, Australia's SGIAA and CSGIA in China to promote the show and bring delegations to the event in November.
