Flint Ink has reached an agreement between its Latin America business unit and Goss International to sell a wide range of its newspaper printing equipment and services in Latin America.
In his new role, Rogers is responsible for overseeing the global cultivation and development of business opportunities involving new markets, new business models and new technologies.
He is located at the company's Ann Arbor, Michigan (USA) world headquarters.
Rogers joined the company in 2000, and previously held the position of technical director of analytical chemistry and physical sciences at the Flint's global research and manufacturing technology development centre in Ann Arbor.
In that capacity, he was responsible for solving fundamental technical challenges, overseeing long-term research, and improving core capabilities.
He also played a key role in the launch of Precisia LLC, Flint Ink's printed electronics business unit after having assembled and managed the technical and product development team before its spin-off from the company.
Prior to joining Flint Ink, Rogers worked for DSM Desotech and for R.J.
Reynolds Tobacco Company.
He earned a BS in Chemistry from Centre College, received an MBA from Wake Forest University and holds a PhD from the University of South Carolina.
