Printer's 22 Plates Per Hour With New
CTP System
A Luxel T-9500S thermal B1 platesetter and Brillia HD LH-PJE high definition plates from Fujifilm have ousted CTP equipment from another company at Stockport (UK) Qualitech Group.

Qualitech Group, accredited with the ISO 9001 quality standard, is also currently working towards ISO 14001 accreditation.
The company aims to have this secured before the end of 2007.
Brillia HD LH-PJE is a thermal CTP plate compatible with most thermal (830nm) platesetters and approved for one to 99 per cent at 200lines per inch (lpi) conventional and 300lpi hybrid and FM screening.
The plate has a sensitivity of 120mJ per square centimetre and offers improved handling.
It is available in all major sizes and gauges, said Fujifilm.
