Gandinnovations said that it recognises the need for increased air-quality controls for solvent and UV-based imaging systems operating on the tradeshow floor at exhibitions.

That is why the new standard equipment for Gandinnovations at all future trade shows will be the Electrocorp RAP48-CCHS, which made its debut on the Gandinnovations stand at SGIA.

Gandinnovations said that Electrocorp has been a leader in indoor air quality management since 1985.

The RAP48-CCHS is a stationary, ductless recirculator.

It uses activated carbon to remove gases and odors from large enclosed spaces and its designed carbon formula attracts gas phase contaminants and captures them within its cylinder.

Hary Gandy, president of world-wide sales for Gandinnovations, commented: "We are a responsible, environmentally-friendly company.

We can't think of a better way to demonstrate our commitment to the environment than through utilising technology that will make trade show visitors safe from any hazards on the exhibition floor." He added: "Virtually all Gandinnovations' ink systems can be used safely and effectively with proper controls in place.".
