Gandinnovations has installed one of its Jeti 5024 solvent printers with backlit camera at Muskegon, Michigan company Source One Digital.

The installation marks the fourth Jeti purchase for the company, which attributes its growing consumer demand directly to Gandinnovations' Jeti printers.

"We are experiencing the highest demand in the history of our company," said Randy Crow, the owner of Source One Digital.

He explained: "We are tremendously satisfied with the three Gandinnovations grand-format printers we already have and didn't hesitate on our decision to purchase its newest release - the Jeti five metre machine just six months after purchasing the Jeti 3318 with the back-lit camera.

We firmly believe the Jeti 5024 will help us handle the explosive growth we've seen in the past year." The installation was completed in one week and will give Source One Digital more versatility and will complement production output alongside the Jeti 3150 UV Flatbed, Jeti 3312 and Jeti 3318 with back-lit camera option.

The Jeti 5024 is claimed to be the fastest five-metre press of its kind today.

Source One Digital specialises in banners, vehicle wraps and tradeshow graphics.

With the addition of the Jeti 5024 to its production fleet, Source One Digital now can expand its portfolio in to mass production, giving the company the ability to create the largest output available on the market, it is claimed.

Crow commented: "Not only will we be able to increase our productivity but we will also be able to create some great super-wide output.

We have the only machine that is 100 per cent digitally controlled through software." The back-lit camera is a factory option with the purchase of a new Jeti 3312, 3318 and 5024 grand-format printers.

The back-lit camera is ground-breaking double-sided printing technology that uses an electronically enhanced camera and video capture board to obtain a perfect match front and back.

The six-color Jeti 5024 solvent roll-to-roll printer features 24 Spectra print heads and has the ability to produce vibrant color images at very high resolution, featuring true 600 dpi.

Gandinnovations created its line of Jeti Printers to take advantage of cutting-edge technology.

A software upgrade on the new machines can detect if any individual nozzle may be misfiring.

This safe-proof technology is the first of its kind in the grand format arena.
