Gandinnovations Appoints Ex-Encad CEO To Board

Terry Vandewarker has been appointed to the role of chief operating officer at Gandinnovations.
Vanderwarker has 20 years of senior operational and financial experience and he has worked within the digital graphic and printing industry with such companies as Encad and Eastman Kodak.
He was also president and chief executive officer of Encad from July 2000 through to January 2002 and continued as president until July of that year after the compamy's acquisition by Eastman Kodak.
Before that Vanderwarker was Encad's vice president of operations and director of finance.
Vanderwarker is a certified public accountant and holds a BS in Psychology from the University of California at Riverside and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles (USA).
He began his career at Price Waterhouse and held leadership positions with Universal Television and several public and private companies.
He is a director of a public company and has held board positions on several other companies.
