GBC Unveils New Systems Sales Focus At
FESPA
GBC Commercial Laminating Solutions Group will elaborate on its recent restructuring and increased emphasis as a systems-selling specialist during FESPA, held in Berlin from June 5 - 9.
Andre Hilkins has been appointed GBC's field service coordinator and will be available during FESPA to answer questions Hilkins is the main contact person at GBC for field service enquiries about equipment-issues, training and consulting propositions

He continued: "We can offer the know-how and support that customers need to use the right techniques and consumables for a specific application.
Customers can gain optimal use of our products for their specific applications and benefit from increased quality standards.
This servicing strategy increases customer satisfaction and will drive our continuing sales objectives.
GBC will be investing significant resources to increase its customer-based services.".
