New Laminator For Book Covers, Folders
And Bags
The 7580 Voyager laminator from GBC has been unveiled for the first time at Drupa 2008 in Dusseldorf, aimed at the medium and high volume finishing of book covers, folders, brochures and bags.

With an MABEG feeder and a pneumatically controlled separator, the 7580 Voyager moves sheets through the finishing process with precision and efficiency, claimed GBC.
Its design includes stabilising side frames to accommodate the rigours of daily production and it also features a 5.5 horsepower drive with a SEW Eurodrive inverter to handle heavy workloads.
The 7580 Voyager is said to accommodate sheet sizes from 216mm x 280mm (8.5" x 11") up to 812mm x 1,020mm (32" x 40").
It runs GBC's commercial films, including Digital Lay-Flat, Lay-Flat, Scuff-Free, Hi-Ta and AGS/GS.
