The new group is organised as three divisions.

The GI Solutions Group said it is now a complete direct and database marketing services provider.
The company added that it helps its clients to understand customers' current value and their future importance, whilst focusing marketing effort where it will keep and grow valuable customers.
In addition, GI Group's services help produce strategies and communications that improve revenue and profitability, whilst creating and distributing personalised single-channel, or multi-channel campaigns based on those strategies.
The group said it can also capture people's responses and use them to refine campaign productivity.
Patrick Headley, sales director at GI Direct, commented: "From its print origins, the GI Solutions Group has now become a direct marketing and customer communications company.
Our transformation has anticipated a sea-change in direct marketing usage, where volume has given way to value and personalisation.
