Dave Zwang will lead a discussion on PDF output tests and take a look at the most valuable and accessible test suites for testing PDF workflows and output systems.

The class will preview and discuss the application of a number of tests, including PDF/X Workflow Validation Tool (Global Graphics), the Altona Test Suite (ECI), the Kensington Suite and the Ghent Test Suite (Ghent PDF Workgroup).

Delegates will also learn how to identify which tools to use to diagnose workflows, such as RIP settings, for instance, to avoid surprise deadlines.
