A 24-tower MAN Roland Colorman press at The Times of India has been equipped with CR20 Colour Register Control and CR19 Cut-off Control from Grafikontrol.
Nine years after the installation of 11-colour register control systems on its MAN Roland Geoman towers, the biggest Indian printer confirmed its trust to Grafikontrol with its latest order.
The first two presses, for a total of 24 towers, are already fitted in Mumbai with the CR20 automatic colour register control system.
The CR20 for the following third press in Delhi will soon be completed, whilst 45 units of the CR19 cut-off register system will also be installed on those presses.
According to Grafikontrol, the Indian market as it expands, particularly in the newspaper field, is more demanding of press manufacturers and press ancillary system suppliers.
To satisfy the demand for higher paginations, faster production, full-colour print and the reduction of paper waste, Grafikontrol believes its systems ensure the desired high quality standards.
