Only six weeks after the start-up of its new Lithoman 80 press, German printer J Fink Druckerei has ordered two more Densiweb systems for its existing Lithoman 48 and 64 presses.
Only six weeks after the start-up of its new Lithoman 80 press, German printer J Fink Druckerei has ordered two more Densiweb systems for its existing Lithoman 48 and 64 presses "I wasn't aware of Grafikontrol's systems until now" says A Wulf, the technology manager at J Fink, "but I could immediately test the efficiency and ease of use of all the systems." The new Lithoman 80 is equipped with colour register control (the new CR25 with micromarks), ribbons register control and colour density control, with Densiweb, to ensure full automatic start-ups of new jobs, without any intervention from the operators and with high waste and downtime reductions, said Grafikontrol
The Densiweb closed-loop colour density control provides speed in reaching density set-point values of each colour, control steadiness and consequent colour consistency throughout job runs, said Grafikontrol.
