DirecType personalised imaging technology

GMC Software Technology has announced that it has entered into a worldwide reseller agreement with Deutsch Technologies to offer DirecType personalised imaging software.

To streamline the development of personalised communication applications, Deutsch Technologies and GMC have developed a special interface that fully integrates DirecType with GMC PrintNet software.

DirecType software allows users to incorporate variable text - names or messages - into photographic images for high impact personalisation of brochures, posters, postcards, direct mail and other personalised documents.

It features a highly intuitive user interface that enables easy, simple development of individually designed, attention-grabbing images for use in personalised communications applications, driving significantly improved response rates.

DirecType effectively automates what used to be very complex and expensive electronic image processing capabilities.

PrintNet provides a single platform for personalised Web and print based documents, direct marketing documents, transactional documents, and database publishing.
