Reaching claimed high speeds of up to 110 square metres per hour, the HP Scitex XP2700 will allow Bluetree Design to fulfil its customers' orders within the shortest possible time, added the company.
Bryan Shirley, managing director of Bluetree Design and Print, explained: "We have experienced a massive increase in demand for our digital services in recent years.
Buying this printer has allowed us to maximise productivity, print on a much greater variety of substrates and produce a wider range of applications.
We felt that the HP Scitex XP2700 was the only press available on the market that could deliver this and continue to help us meet the changing needs of our customers." He continued: "The multi-roll printing kit was a huge influence in our decision to buy the press.
We can print two jobs at the same time, using different diameter substrate rolls if necessary.
This has allowed us to shorten fulfilment times significantly and increase our flexibility, ensuring that we can offer our customers a digital printing service that is capable of meeting and exceeding their requirements.".
