Vinyl Films For Inkjet Printing With Durability
With the ability to stick hard to substrates such as rubbish bins, or other non-polar plastics the new high tack vinyl film from Hexis comes in two new inkjet printable products.
The film is suitable for solvent and eco-solvent printers and Hexis provides ICC colour profiles for most printers.
Also available is the HX200WG1 with a 70um high performance calendered vinyl.
Both products feature an embossed liner with a structured adhesive and what is said to be conformable vinyl formulations for fast and risk free transfers.
As the film remains repositionable during application, the user achieves cost savings through more efficient application on curved substrates, added the company.
Both products have a grey adhesive and a polyethylene liner and come in rolls 145m or 100m long and 1 370mm (54") wide.
The HX200WG1 also comes in a 1,600mm width.
Data sheets and samples are available from Hexis or local distributors.
Hexis is a manufacturer of coated and uncoated self-adhesive media for digital printing, as well as of a line of graphic vinyl (cast, high performance, translucent and reflective).
At ISA Hexis USA is on stand 4472.
