Edited by the Printingtalk editorial team Mar 5, 2008

Hexis, the French vinyl manufacturer, has been included on the FESPA Digital Green (planet-friendly) Trail by the organisers of the FESPA Digital trade show taking place in Geneva (Switzerland).

At FESPA Hexis will show its range of products, including substrates for digital printing and a graffiti cleaning agent based on a biodegradable gel.

Hexis manufactures graphic vinyl and digital printing substrates used for sign making and vehicle markings.

The company owns two manufacturing sites and exports 40 per cent of its turnover to 40 countries, with sales of EUR34 million in 2007.

The trail at the FESPA exhibition will comprise exhibitors whose products or services have earned FESPA's green 'planet friendly' badge, indicating that they make a positive contribution to environmentally responsible production.

The trail will be supported by FESPA's own Planet Friendly Guide, a FESPA publication setting out the environmental issues affecting today's screen and digital printers.

The company is based in Frontignan, near Montpellier, France and has subsidiaries in Germany and in California (USA) with affiliate Hexis companies in Italy, the Netherlands and the UK.
