The UK independent print management company HH Asssociates has acquired the Copenhagen-based print broker Joergen Havemann and Partners, now HH Danmark Cph.

The deal follows the acquisition in November of Danish rival Novavision, based in Odense in the Danish midlands.

HH Danmark has a 15 million Euros turnover through clients in the media, retail and FMCG sectors.

The acquisition makes HH the largest print management company in Scandinavia and there could be further expansion in the near future said the company.

Stephen McKenna, European development director at HH Associates, commented: "The Havemann acquisition complements HH Danmark to perfection.

The team has over 20 years experience in the local market and close relationships with clients and suppliers throughout the Nordic region.

Our focus now is to build on those strengths and grow our local as well as pan-European blue-chip client base." The company now has 15 offices in Europe and is serving clients directly from its offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Poland.
