H H Associates Acquire Print Management Firm

Surrey-based H H Associates has completed the acquisition of ART Print Services, a print management company based in Widnes, Cheshire (UK) from its owners Alison and Ray Tennant.

Surrey-based H H Associates has completed the acquisition of ART Print Services, a print management company based in Widnes, Cheshire (UK) from its owners Alison and Ray Tennant.

In the year ended April 30, ART had sales of GBP 1.9 million.

ART has been a preferred supplier to Lever Faberge, part of Unilever, since 1997.

As recently announced, HH Associates has renewed its contract with Unilever, estimated to be worth GBP 6 million.

The strategic acquisition of ART formed part of that agreement and the associated service commitment.

Robert MacMillan, the managing director of H H Associates commented: "H H and ART both have excellent supplier relationships within Unilever and it made sense for us to join forces.

ART has proven knowledge of the commercial print and direct mail market and I am delighted to welcome the ART management and staff to the H H team.".
