Inter Continental Hotels Group has appointed HH Print Management to manage the hospitality company's print in the UK.

HH will initially provide print management in the UK as part of a three-year deal, with a view to rolling out the contract across a number of other countries.

The second-generation contract, which was won by tender, includes all marketing print, point of sale, corporate stationary, brochures and leaflets and will be delivered by a dedicated HH account team working both on-site and off-site with clients and agencies.

Lee Humphreys, group production director at HH, commented: "HH is without a doubt the favourite print management company in the travel and leisure industry and we are very excited to work with the IHG brands.

We are starting to see many second and third generation contracts are changing-hands.

It appears that there is no room for complacency in the current market conditions." HH also recently announced a new contract with Black and Decker across Europe.

The company expects to have a presence in 30 locations across Europe by the second quarter of 2006, providing print management to clients including Carphone Warehouse and Black and Decker.

The Inter Continental Hotels Group is the world's largest hotel group by room numbers, owning, managing, leasing or franchising through various subsidiaries 3,500 hotels and 537,000 guest rooms across nearly 100 countries and territories.
