Robert MacMillan, managing director, explained: "H H has established itself as a truly local organisation in each and every market.
Decision making is devolved out to the markets, who are best placed to respond to local market conditions, and to act in the best interests of their local clients.
It means that H H operates like a local business in each location.
This has been incredibly important in our supplier management cycle.
Competitors with slower, centralised methods of operating struggle to match our level of responsiveness." H H opened an office in Verona last month to service its client base in northern Italy, where four clients so far have outsourced their print requirements to H H.
In addition, the company has supplemented its Spanish operation with a new office in Madrid.
H H Espana will, amongst other clients, be working with the pan-European Black and Decker contract announced last month.
MacMillan added: "It has been exciting to welcome a host of new staff after a long and exhaustive recruitment process, from all over the UK and Europe and as part of that growth, we have had to work smarter to make the best of the talent we have in the company.".
