Julian Damp said: "HH is a dynamic, focused and forward looking company, which has a very attractive proposition.
I am excited about joining and look forward to contributing to its growth and success across Europe." The appointments follow the trend of the past two years, where a number of high profile executives have left larger organisations for Europe's favourite print manager.
This includes board members Alex Barnes (Group IT Director) who joined from Communisis last year and Tony Massey (Group Sales and Marketing Director) who joined from Communisis plc in 2004 and is himself a previous Williams Lea and Alistair McIntosh colleague.
Massey, who recently won the award for B2B Marketer of the Year, has very successfully re-engineered the HH sales and marketing strategy, bringing with him a team of former colleagues from competitor organisations and re-branding the print management company.
HH commented that it has tripled in size since Robert MacMillan assumed control in 2003 and it has established itself with operations across Europe and, more recently, in the USA and India.
