Heidelberg has been improving the front end to its Digimaster black and white digital engine.
Heidelberg has been improving the front end to its Digimaster black and white digital engine.
The Prinect Document Mastering application combines PDF working and mixed environment colour and black and white printing and also moves the front end closer to full JDF compliance as well as linking to the Prinect workflows that drive its offset presses.
The new functions include the ability to edit an embedded image, including the addition of a colour profile, the ability to identify colour and black and white pages for hybrid production and integrated paper catalogue management.
