For the first time at Graph Expo and Converting Expo 2004, Heidelberg's system service team will be exhibitng on the Heidelberg stands.

For the first time at Graph Expo and Converting Expo 2004, Heidelberg's system service team will be exhibiting on the Heidelberg stands.

Through a display called 'Product Life Cycle Services', Heidelberg will demonstrate its support services, whilst launching a complete service product portfolio, including the new Advantage 12, Info Scout and eSelfhelp.

Heidelberg's new Advantage Programme is a bundled set of services designed to secure customer investment by maximizing the productivity and the lifespan of the equipment.

Advantage will be offered with each new sheetfed press sold at Graph Expo.

The company said that launch of the Advantage Program marked the first time such an inclusive package has been put together by Heidelberg.

The customer can choose coverage for 12, 24 or 36 months.
