The seminars are split in to three sections, each covering a range of subjects - sales and management, industry expertise and Heidelberg production and application expertise.
Bernd Schopp, head of the PMA, explained: "As well as traditional practical product training, we focus on new print applications, new technologies, marketing, sales and management.
These wide-ranging combinations allow us to help our existing and potential customers react to constant innovations and keep pace with technological changes." The 2006 catalogue also includes information on in-house seminars, customised coaching, company-specific human resources development and the 'Succession in the Family Business' programme.
The Print Media Academy is a training and communication centre for the industry and provides a platform for sharing knowledge, said Heidelberg.
In 2005, the PMA, which is certified in accordance with the international ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, celebrated its fifth anniversary.
