The presentations will be adapted to the specific requirements of the commercial print, industrial print and packaging print markets, with packaging the subject of a special systems strategy, said the company.
All the systems on display have one theme in common - integration across the Prinect workflow.
The Prinect Forum is in the centre of the stand and focuses on Prinect Colour Solutions, which support colour management and quality control from pre-press through to the press stage.
Heidelberg is presenting process integration at the heart of all presentations, with the new Speedmaster CD 74 f press, which is claimed to be able to produce 18,000 sheets per hour (sph).
The company said it is demonstrating a productivity boost from its new zoneless inking unit, whilst double-coat and cold-foil finishing are also being highlighted.
There are also new measuring devices for in-line colour measurement and sheet inspection, as well as a new saddlestitcher for creative applications.
