Heidelberg's new Cutstar CAN sheeter is now available for the Speedmaster SM/CD 102, Speedmaster XL 105 and Speedmaster CD 74 series of presses.
Heidelberg's new Cutstar CAN sheeter is now available for the Speedmaster SM/CD 102, Speedmaster XL 105 and Speedmaster CD 74 series of presses Cutstar CAN features automation, enhanced operation and a larger maximum reel diameter of 1.5 metres (4.92 feet)
With the current reel diameter of 1.3 metres (4.26 feet) which means up to 33 per cent more paper on a reel, said Heidelberg.
Another new feature is the CAN linkup - controller area network.
This enables formatting information to be transferred from the Prinect CP2000 Centre press control system to the Cutstar.
