Heidelberg Shareholder Directors Changes
Professor Clemens Bersig has resigned his seat as a shareholder representative on Heidelberg's supervisory board after eight years.

In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code, Dr Siegfried Jaschinski will be nominated for election by the shareholders in a separate agenda item at this year's annual meeting on July 26.
The regular elections for all shareholder representatives are to be held at the annual meeting in 2008.
Dr Siegfried Jaschinski is earmarked as one of the new shareholder representatives for 2008, added the company.
