Harper Scientific, the printing and coating supplies division of global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America, has appointed Josephine 'Josie' Kirtz as a customer service representative.

Harper Scientific, the printing and coating supplies division of global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America, has appointed Josephine 'Josie' Kirtz as a customer service representative.

In that capacity, Kirtz is responsible for assisting customers (and their customers) with inquiries, generating quotes and processing orders.

She has 14 years of experience in customer service.

Kirtz said: "I've been very impressed with the extent of my training.

I'm getting out on the floor in pressrooms to see our products in use, in addition to having more standard training.

The education process is amazing.
