Harper Corporation of America has promoted Bonnie Hudnall to the position of customer service team leader.

Harper Corporation of America has promoted Bonnie Hudnall to the position of customer service team leader.

Pat Brzyski, Harper's customer service and sales manager, said: "With 13 years of experience in Harper's customer service department, Bonnie is uniquely qualified for this job.

Her positive attitude and willingness to step up and help out whenever and wherever she's needed are incredibly valuable to us." Hudnall joined Harper Corporation in 1993 as a customer service representative and from there became a customer service specialist before being named the team leader.

In her new capacity, Hudnall will continue to work with the customers in her current territories.

Her new responsibilities include assisting and offering direction to other customer service representatives and working closely with Brzyski.

Hudnall said: "I have really enjoyed working at Harper over the years, and I get the opportunity to meet a lot of nice people.

My customers are great, and I love to meet them when they visit Harper or we see each other at trade shows.

In my new position, I'm looking forward to working with our customer service manager to ensure that our department continues to run smoothly and efficiently on day-to-day basis.".
