Global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America has promoted Ron Case to production supervisor at the company's Charlotte (USA) facility.

In his new capacity, Case is responsible for supervising production personnel, managing inventory levels, overseeing efficiencies throughout production departments and working with the customer service department to schedule wide web production.

With more than 14 years of experience at Harper Corporation, Case feels right at home in his new position: "This new position provides new challenges that my years of experience have prepared me for.

I feel very fortunate at this point in my career to be associated with a company that continues to demonstrate such leadership in our industry." He began his career at Harper as a metallising operator in 1994 and during the next decade expanded his experience with positions in blast, Resistalloy, Microloy, Echoplasma, grind and superfinish operations.

In September 2004, Case joined the customer service team in an administrative and associate position.

Lee Kluttz, Harper's Charlotte production manager, commented: "Ron's background in both manufacturing and customer service is incredibly valuable in his new position.

It puts a very detailed understanding of the customer's needs right on the production floor.".
