Harper Graphics has appointed Martin Heidemann and Daniel Yjord as customer service specialist and technical solutions specialist, respectively.

Harper Graphics, the European licensed affiliate of global anilox supplier Harper Corporation of America, has appointed Martin Heidemann and Daniel Yjord as customer service specialist and technical solutions specialist, respectively.

Heidemann comes to Harper Graphics with a business degree he completed in the spring.

His new responsibilities include attending to customer needs and questions, maintaining communications with suppliers, and contributing to a variety of other projects.

Daniel Yjord is a Swedish printer who has worked in the wide web packaging industry, and he fine-tuned his knowledge of flexo printing at the Broby Grafiska Education Center in Sunne, (Sweden).

In his new position, he will offer printers technical support to improve their quality and productivity.

In September, Yjord will visit Harper Corporation's corporate offices in Charlotte, North Carolina (USA) for technical training.

"With the addition of their talents to our team, Martin and Daniel will help us upgrade our services to our customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa," said Korhan Kose, Harper Graphics' director of sales and marketing.
