Kiser was with La-Z-Boy Furniture Manufacturer in Lincolnton, North Carolina (USA) where he worked as the plant's time study coordinator and visual workplace manager in the continuous improvement engineering group.
He is a graduate of Western Carolina University, where he studied business management.
"Josh is a great addition to our group," said Jim Harper, vice president of Harperscientific.
"His enthusiasm and zeal are a great fit for us - customers will find him responsive and helpful.".
