Lenticular Image Software Sells At FESPA 2007
Humaneyes Technologies has reported strong performance at the FESPA 2007 exhibition with its Printpro 2.0 product range.
The Printpro software package was bought by Greek firm Net Print following a product demonstration at the show.
Elias Koutoumanos of Net Print, said: "After watching a demonstration of the capabilities of lenticular software on the Humaneyes stand, I was extremely impressed by the results.
Net Print is one of the largest digital printing companies in Greece and we maintain an extensive stock image collection, which will be ideally suited to the opportunities offered only by the Printpro design and production package." He continued: "Lenticular 3D printing is a very innovative and dynamic concept and we are excited about using the Humaneyes technology for the promoting this application to our customers in the Greek market." Duby Hodd, Humaneyes Technologies chief executive officer, said: "FESPA provided us with an excellent platform from which to launch our new products in to the European market, as well as reinforce the strength of our existing product range, in particular Printpro 2.0.
It is specifically targeted at the wide-format and digital printing sectors and there was also a great deal of interest and demand for demonstrations of our creative tools and they ran on our stand almost continuously throughout the show." Continued Hodd: "Our partners, industry leaders Oce and Gandinnovations, produced a range of lenticular and Lensfree prints live on their stands using our technology.
The co-operation with Oce and Gandinnovations was invaluable as it enabled us to clearly demonstrate lenticular technology from creating the 3D files through to producing the end result." Ronen Sobel, Humaneyes vice president of graphic arts sales, added: "FESPA gave us the opportunity to meet with a significant number of distributors who are keen to introduce, together with us, lenticular technology to their customers.
These new relationships will help Humaneyes establish a more comprehensive presence right across all the key European territories as well as key territories outside of Europe.
We believe FESPA has set us up for a positive second half of 2007 in Europe and we are looking forward to building on this success as we move towards 2008.".
