Plate Cleaning And Washes Range Extension
UK print consumables company Hydro-Dynamic Products (HDP) will be emphasising its new range of plate cleaners and press washes that have been added to the company's Totalrespect portfolio at Drupa.
HDP sales manager Alistair Bradly said: "They won't tear and are virtually indestructible.
We believe they're probably the strongest disposable wipe in the world of print." However, the company emphasised that once they are soiled, the wipes are classed as hazardous waste and are subject to strict disposal regulations because it is now illegal to dump them in all-purpose waste skips.
HDP operates a collection service for soiled wipes and advises print companies to isolate them prior to collection for legal disposal.
