Ipex 2006 is giving visitors the opportunity to take advantage of the free vendor seminars that will be staged throughout the show.

A series of 30-minute presentations will be taking place from a range of exhibitors - from large multi-nationals to smaller niche companies that often do not have such a platform to promote themselves, said Ipex organiser IIR Exhibitions.

Over the eight days of the show, the programme of presentations will provide visitors with an opportunity to hear about the latest product developments, new technology and innovations available in the global marketplace.

Companies such as Goss, Epson, Quark, Adobe, KBA, Innov-Media, Stonecube, Agfa, Isis and Celstream have confirmed their participation.

The two purpose built theatres, located in the Birmingham (UK) NEC's hall 20 (pre-press) and hall 5 (press machinery) will seat up to 70 people and are free of charge to attend.

Visitors are recommended to arrive for sessions early to guarantee a seat as places are on a first-come first-served basis.

Details of the full programme is available on the Ipex website.
