The newest addition to the Brookfield range of process viscometers is the AST100 viscosity sensor.
This will allow dispatch areas to load vehicles with pallet heights up to 9 feet and for the receiving store to unload the vehicle with workable pallet heights.
The pallet can be added at any point within the stack.
The Smart Palletiser works by stacking products from the bottom up.
A particular advantage of this unit is that, with a footprint of 4.45m2 and height of just 1.2m, it requires less floor space and head-room than conventional top-loading palletisers.
It is PLC-controlled with a 20-programme capacity and can be linked to barcode readers and suitable in-feed conveyors, allowing multiple line in-feed of product without operator intervention.
