During those two shows the team held over 400 meetings with leading industry figures and anticipate extensive bookings in the next few weeks.
Ipex South Asia hosted dinner on the second night of PAMEX, for 350 exhibitors in association with the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP).
The evening was attended by Manoj Mehta, the newly elected president of the AIFMP and Mr Srinivasa, general secretary publicly announcing their support of Ipex South Asia.
In addition, IIR Exhibitions' managing director, Nicky Mason and Trevor Crawford detailed their plans to bring the Ipex brand to South Asia.
Those plans include the appointment of Expo Media Events as the official operations contractor.
With its international experience and knowledge of the local market Expo Media Events has also been appointed as the official local marketing team to support the UK-based Ipex marketing department, added IIR.
Ipex South Asia has confirmed the appointment of Conference and Incentive Management (CIM) as the official travel and accommodation agency.
It is tasked with securing discounted accommodation rates and facilitating exhibitor and visitor travel and itinerary planning.
IIR Exhibitions has also announced the Ipex South Asia briefing day, which will take place on March 22, 2007 at the Expo XXI venue in Greater Noida.
The day will consist of interactive presentations provided by IIR Exhibitions and some print industry personnel.
