Imaje has restructured its UK business as part of the re-focus on the rapidly changing UK market.

Imaje, which operates with over 30 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 52 distributors and present in over 100 countries worldwide, has restructured its UK business as part of the re-focus on the rapidly changing UK market.

Steve Ellison, the company's UK operations manager, said: "Imaje has always been at the forefront of coding technology and today we are a true multi-product coding company that designs and manufactures each coding technology including ink jet, laser, print and apply and in-line thermal transfer.

Last year we launched the Red Dot Award winning Imaje 2000 print and apply system, followed by the Imaje 9000 range of small character inkjet printers earlier this year.

With the restructuring, it has enabled us to create a stable platform for future launches of our innovative products." He added: "Imaje is seen as the innovator within the coding market.

We were the first coding company to restructure back in the early 1990s closely followed by our competitors.

That allowed Imaje to diversify its product range to meet the customers emerging coding needs resulting in good growth and satisfied customers.

The restructure has enabled us to focus on the current market requirements, which has resulted in continued sales success, securing strategic sales in the FMCG and direct part marking industries.".
