Inca Digital Printers, the manufacturer of the Eagle, Columbia Turbo and Spyder flatbed printers, is exhibiting in Turkey for the first time with Filmat Matbaa Film Tic.

Inca Digital Printers, the manufacturer of the Eagle, Columbia Turbo and Spyder flatbed printers, is exhibiting in Turkey for the first time with Filmat Matbaa Film Tic Inca will be showing its latest product, the Spyder 320 at Istanbul Sign from December 8-11 December on the Filmat Matbaa Film stand - B-10

Inca said that its Spyder range has consistently appealed to printers who need high quality output and the Spyder 320 provides offset quality to printers, handling low to medium volumes.

With an increase in speed to a claimed 860 square feet per hour (80 square metres per hour), the new, faster print modes allow Spyder owners to now also compete in producing higher speed and medium quality work required by the screen-printing sector.

The Spyder 320 was introduced at FESPA 2005 in May and has since been Inca's best selling machine.

All of the printers in the Spyder 320 range have a large format bed size of 126" x 63" (3.2 metres x 1.6 metres), pin registration facility and precision motion system.

That allows multiple sheets to be consistently loaded and printed with an accuracy that cannot be achieved on a combination press, said Esko-Graphics.

The combination of precision registration and the smooth, air bearing controlled motion of the print heads, means that lenticular, double-sided and multiple sheet work can be printed time after time with great accuracy, added the company.

"The Spyder 320 range is modular, with the entry level, four-colour Spyder 320-E allowing printers to adopt true flatbed technology, with the option to upgrade to the 320 four-colour or 320-S six-colour version if they choose at a later date," said Inca's managing director Bill Baxter.

"With new print modes Inca's product development team have improved the Spyder 320's productivity, making it the top performer in its class.

In addition, the new six-colour Spyder 320-S is particularly attractive to producers of high quality work and those who want to grow this capability," he added.

The Spyder 320-S is Inca's latest product launch in the Spyder range, and is already proving popular with customers.

The six-color option offers the choice of adding light magenta and light cyan, which makes light images appear smoother and improves the flawless appearance of flesh tones, it is claimed.

Inca's print head assembly is said to deliver precise control of ink temperature, rheology and drop placement and contributes to the range of print modes offered.

The new Inca Spyder printer offers an adhesion profile and performance on a range of materials, such as polycarbonate and corrugated plastics using Fujifilm Sericol UV curable inks.

Representatives from Filmat Matbaa Film Tic, Fujifilm Sericol and Inca Digital will be available throughout the show to discuss the Spyder 320 as well as other Inca machines.
