Thirty-five people from across the company's four regional distribution centres attended the conference, which was held at the Forest of Arden Hotel in Meriden, Warwickshire (UK).
The conference included presentations by Andrew Causer, sales director at UPM, and Jeremy Martin, managing director of Burgo, who attended with members of their respective firm's sales team.
"The conference provided the ideal opportunity for us to reflect on the progress we have made in the last few years and also to look forward to how we can build on our successes.
The directors' positive messages for the future were key to the whole day.

Other winners at the casino night were Steve Laundon, trading manager at Independent's Leicester office, and Heather Minter, PA to managing director Mike Gee, who is based at the Sittingbourne head office.
Each received a case of champagne donated by Burgo, manufacturers of Independent's Amadeus range.
