If you are you should be entering your colleague for the 'packaging personality of the year 2006' award That is according to the Packaging Society, which said that the award, which is part of the Starpack 2006 awards, will be presented in recognition of an individual's services to the packaging industry over the previous 12 months

Other areas that might lead to the honour would be work in creating a management system that aids customer service, or contributing to a machinery system to aid manufacturing efficiency, or wok towards a sustainable packaging concept.
Furthermore, a candidate for the award may have created a retail packaging format that aids efficient consumer response.
The Packaging Society said that the award is open to anyone who a nominator believes has contributed to increasing the profile of a company, or the packaging supply chain.
A 'best young packaging professional of the year' award is also be available.
The award is designed for the younger person (under the age of 35 as at 5 July 2006) who has excelled in gaining qualifications, promotion, or performance.
The Starpack Awards, will take place on July 5 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in London (UK).
Starpack awards will also go to the UK's best packaging design, innovation and technology.
