Working with users of Xerox and other digital printing systems, J J Bender has claimed it can help companies master their workflows to obtain greater productivity.

J J Bender specialises in previously-owned, high volume Xerox digital production equipment, as well as systems from other manufacturers It said that its new Workflow Solutions service will help businesses manage their workflow systems better, from job creation and pre-press, through to printing and finishing

Jeffrey J Bender, president of J J Bender, said: "We know that to address an increasingly complex print environment, our clients need workflow systems.

We believe that working with our clients to improve and master their workflows can lead to a series of chain reactions that will help them realise success throughout the entire organisation." He added that workflow is based on the concept of reducing time and the amount of waste that goes in to the process of digital printing.

From creation to delivery, workflow systems bring all operations in a company together and provide effective management of all the information in an organisation.

Another aspect of proper workflow system management is understanding the software, from Microsoft products to Adobe Acrobat, Fusion, Pro XM, VIP and other products that need to be properly synchronised with equipment in a production environment.

J J Bender has also just provided a customer with the ability to scan and manipulate non-digital documents in to digital reproductions on a Xerox Docutech 6180 machine, which has helped the business to improve its productivity by accessing some of the system's features of which it was previously unaware.
