Operations
Improving service to customers and vendors is the objective of J J Bender, which has consolidated its parts and supplies division with its equipment operation.
The buyer and seller of pre-owned digital production equipment has based the combined operations at the company's corporate office located in Fairfield, Connecticut (USA) The parts and supplies division will continue to provide its core products, which include Xerox iGen3 and Docutech toner and all Xerox parts

Working with users of Xerox and other digital printing systems, J J Bender has claimed it can help companies master their workflows to obtain greater productivity.
J J Bender's parts and supplies division will now be led by Mandy Buckley.
Buckley joined the company in 2005 as junior associate, when she was a customer service representative and formalised J J Bender's internship programme.
Under that programme, Mandy has supervised and developed interns' work and assisted in their university's internship programmes.
Buckley also played a role in the development of J J Bender's customer anniversary programme.
Jeffrey J Bender, J J Bender's president, commented: "We see this consolidation as an opportunity to better serve our customers and vendors by providing the same products and fine service on which we have built our reputation in the industry.
