The focus of many organisations is ensuring brand values and key messages are communicated with clarity and consistency.
The conference provided a platform for newly appointed chairman Roger Crudgington and managing director Michael Hutter to outline their vision for further growth across the 160 plus franchise network.
Crudgington said he aims to expand the size of the Kall Kwik network and expects to increase prospects into the business by 80% over the next 12 months and that part of the marketing strategy would be to strengthen the position of the company within the business-to-business communications sector.
"Kall Kwik has achieved incredible success over the past 25 years and has become the leader in its field.
Michael and I join at a very exciting time in the franchise's history.
I believe that by strong leadership, that is founded on a consultative, partnership approach with centre owners and by strengthening the brand we will grow profits and the size of the network," he said.
He added that the company would also build on the levels of support given to centre owners by increasing staffing levels and competences.
Highly-skilled professionals would be recruited to provide further advice from Kall Kwik UK's office base in Ruislip, with two field based commercial analysts to provide support direct to centres.
The team would also be strengthened by the addition of training and research and development personnel.
The average Kall Kwik centre turnover is now approximately £420,000 per annum, and four centres have annual sales in excess of ?1 million added the company.
Valentin Govaerts, Xerox Europe's senior vice president for production and graphic arts, also spoke at the conference about how to stay on top in a fiercely competitive marketplace.
He said that the secret to success is to understand the opportunities, increase productivity, and reduce turnaround time to grow revenue.
Valentin also expected growth in the volume of digital colour output.
