Richard Baker joins Kall Kwik UK from a successful career as the owner of two of Kall Kwik's franchises at Winchester and Newbury.
Kall Kwik said that Baker transformed the two centres in to major design businesses that included multinational companies such as Vodafone and NTL amongst their clients.

Nationwide research undertaken by Kall Kwik has indicated that the business community values the effectiveness of strategic design more highly than ever.
It is widely recognised as being instrumental in achieving a competitive advantage through its powerful ability to enable businesses to stand out from the crowd added the company.
Baker believes that his passion for design and his hands-on experience will enable him to provide advice to the 160 UK Kall Kwik centres to facilitate the development of their creative design services.
"Over the last 11 years I have devised a wide range of design-led solutions for SMEs and blue chip companies.
I want to share my experiences by offering advice and support to centres to enable them to grow their design services and deliver the very best creative results," he commented.
Kall Kwick said that over the next 18 months months it will be working to raise the profile of its design capabilities, to create further growth opportunities and strengthen its position within the marketplace.
The design service will be re-launched as part of the businesses strategy to effect a reappraisal of the brand within its key market of medium to large businesses.
Mike Hutter, the managing director, Kall Kwik UK explained: "Not many people know that we have grown to become the sixth largest design agency in the country, in terms of graphic and corporate identity design.
Its quite a startling fact that underlines how our services offer so much more than traditional print-based services.
We have big plans, with our objective being to become the solutions provider for clients requiring integrated support from design right through to delivery, with a view to helping them gain the competitive edge.".
