Commenting on the launch, Mr Williams said, "As a thriving business community Bristol offers great potential for bright new business people".

"On a personal note, I am always delighted to hear of new ventures within my constituency as they support employment and boost the local economy".

"I therefore wish Adam, Jamie and his staff the very best of luck with the Kall Kwik Centre in Clifton".

Reflecting on his decision to become a centre owner, Bristol resident Adam said: "I chose Kall Kwik above other franchise operations because I was impressed with the level of support given to new centre owners".

"As part of a large franchise, we are able to offer the convenience of locality with a huge resource, accessed via the Kall Kwik network".

"Bristol is a thriving area offering a host of business-to-business opportunities".

"With the new international airport and other major transport links, it is an excellent place to expand an already established service offering".

"We will be focusing heavily on becoming an intrinsic part of the local business community through the provision of professional, cost-effective digital print and marketing services".

"We have inherited a great team here in Clifton and an invaluable client base from the previous owners".

"I see the staff and existing clients as our most valuable asset; we will continue to invest in the staff and strengthen relationships with our clients going forward".

"Naturally we are looking to educate the local business community in relation to the services that we offer".

"Historically, Kall Kwik has been viewed simply as a print/copy centre, which of course is what we do very well".

"However, we are also in the solutions business; we offer a full range of services from design to delivery through to direct mail and marketing".

Having worked in client relationship management, Adam is used to fulfilling the various demands of a client-facing environment.

Adam and Jamie initially met at University; within 18 months they had set up a website design company and a bespoke stationary company.

Adam believes his experience in establishing and maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction will stand him in excellent stead for his new hands-on role within the Kall Kwik network.
