KBA Signs Press Deals At Canadian Print

KBA North America closed sales deals on a number of Canadian printers at the Print World 2006 trade show held in Toronto (Canada).
KBA North America closed sales deals on a number of Canadian printers at the Print World 2006 trade show held in Toronto (Canada) Press sales were finalised with Somerset Graphics in Ontario (Canada) which purchased a Rapida 105 41-inch six-colour plus coater machine and for Seydaco Packaging, a manufacturer of folded cartons located also in Ontario, which has agreed to buy a KBA large format six-colour press

Said to be a pioneer in FM screening (stochastic) in Canada, Somerset has dedicated its efforts to the perfection of the process and offers DTP printing through a PDF workflow system, said KBA.
Printing formats to 40" are done on the premises, whilst Somerset's in-house scanning and colour studio complements its DTP processing.
Bindery in-house, assures quality control, on time delivery and client satisfaction.
Seydaco Packaging Corp.
is a 41-employee company in a 55,000 square foot facility for manufacturing and warehousing.
Seydaco has become one of the biggest suppliers of critical high-quality graphics for leading manufacturers of cake, pie, pastry and pizza cartons nationwide, said KBA.
Through its network of distributors, Seydaco also supplies a range of its own proprietary pre-printed food-safe cardboard products for the quick serve food industry.
Print World 2006 focuses on the shorter-run printing needs of small, medium and even large printing companies, in-plants and print brokers.
Print World features all major digital and inkjet printing vendors, and offset vendors showing presses of 29" and smaller.
That focus sets it apart from other graphic arts trade shows.
The show occupies 125,000 square feet in Canada's most modern trade show facility, the Direct Energy Centre in Toronto.
More than 10,000 visitors attended the last show and are expected again at Print World 2006.
