KBA North America is to move its corporate headquarters Dallas, Texas (USA) next summer in a move that will unite KBA's sheetfed and web divisions under one roof.

The relocation will also allow the company's sales, service and parts departments as well as the corporate demonstration centre to be side by side.

KBA said that it will invite its employees to seek relocation to the new facility in Dallas.

The firm will continue to maintain offices in Florida and Minnesota, as well as its KBA Canada offices in Toronto and Montreal.

Its Montreal-based customers will continue to be serviced by KBA and its partner, KBR Graphiques.

Holger Garbrecht, KBA North America's president and chief executive officer, said: "We've had our headquarters outside Burlington, Vermont for more than 20 years.

However, with our continued growth in all market segments it is the ideal time for us to move to a more central location to better serve our North American customers.

By having our sheetfed and web divisions together, we'll be able to show our customers an even broader diversity of press products and systems, from our small-format offset presses to our large format sheetfed and web press equipment under one roof.

After our relocation, we'll host an open house with industry leaders to demonstrate our expanded capabilities.
