Reflecting on Konica Minolta's achievements in 2005, John Howard, head of marketing for Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) said: "Following the merger of Konica and Minolta this was the first full calendar year of trading for the new company and we really hit the ground running with 17 new Bizhub system launches during the course of the year.
This year will see more innovative products from us." UK turnover for Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) is GBP100 million, placing the company third in the digital copier market with a 10.4 per cent share of the mono market.
With a total workforce of 22,000 employees worldwide, Konica Minolta Business Technologies has a goal for net sales of 5.336 billion Euros (GBP3.7 billion) in the 2005 financial year.
